Pop was put in the pokey for using a bus stop as a bed; the charges also read that he was panhandling in front of the Cuckoo's Nest at happy hour while standing on his head as P.U. did the pirouette.
In his defense he pled guilty of begging people not for chump change but to stop being chumps. He said: "Hope knows no bars; but hope in a bottle spells DEATH."
